Day 01: Arrival in Bali

Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali). Upon arrival, meet our representative and proceed with a private transfer to your hotel. Check in and relax after your journey. The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 02- Benoa Water Sports, Uluwatu Temple & Kecak Dance

Continue to Tegalalang to admire the rice terraces and visit the Alas Harum area, where swing activities may be available at additional cost.

Day 05- Discover East Bali – Lempuyang Temple & Tirta Gangga

Depart at approximately 8:00 AM after breakfast.

Visit Lempuyang Temple, known for its Gates of Heaven and views of Mount Agung. Waiting times for photographs can be significant.

Continue to Tirta Gangga, a former royal water palace renowned for landscaped gardens, ornamental ponds, fountains, stone sculptures, and sacred spring waters.

Day 06- Departure from Bali

Pricing and Taxes

Rates are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
GST and TCS will be charged as applicable and as specified in the final quotation.
The original proposal states that 2% TCS applies and that a higher rate may apply if PAN details are not provided. Verify the applicable rate and treatment under current tax rules before collection.
Where a foreign-exchange component applies, the original supplier terms specify conversion into Indian rupees using the applicable forex card rate, described as the XE.com rate plus INR 1, on the date of full and final payment, subject to the supplier’s stated arrangements.
Any increase in airfare, taxes, fuel costs, or other applicable charges may result in a revised quotation.

Travel Documents and Visa

Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, as stated in the supplier terms.
Visa approval and entry permission are solely determined by the relevant authorities.
Visa processing fees include only applicable VFS and embassy charges, where relevant. Optional services such as courier, SMS, premium lounge, and scanning are extra.
Names submitted for travel bookings must match the passport exactly.

Transfers and Vehicle Usage

Airport transfers are provided subject to the supplier’s stated conditions, including the requirement that passengers travel with the group where applicable.
Passengers arriving or departing separately may need to arrange their own transfers.
Vehicle availability is limited to 10 hours daily.
The luggage allowance is one standard suitcase and one handbag per person.
Oversized luggage may require an additional vehicle at extra cost.
The supplier’s original terms mention a service fee of INR 500 per visit for certain pickup or delivery services; confirm whether this applies to your booking.

Itinerary and Activities

Cancellation and Refunds
